At work we get to pick Employee Pick movies that go up once a month, so I started thinking about it and I'm not too much of a movie person - so I'll run out of things to pick fairly quickly. IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS, LET ME KNOW. You can post movies you think I should see or movies you think I should use for my Employee Picks here - either one, or both. Just... Specify which you're leaving I guess.

And I'm going to make this entry public so that people can comment anonymously if they so choose. As long as comments stay on topic, I don't mind - and screening is as always, still enabled.

I actually went out and bought it when I worked in Dedham because it's one of those 'cult classic' movies that NO ONE WILL RENT but you have to have it, anyway.

I made someone watch it recently and he was ... Not amused, I was disappointed. I used to watch it somewhat frequently and we'd all quote it at one another while everyone else stared at us like we were nuts, because we were talking about tap shoes, exploding trailor parks and saying things like "She's anorexic, not deaf!"

Al crying over Ed's daad body = cute. Myst, you worry me.

My magical computer stole my desk top image. This is upsetting, because I really liked it. Especially the wings. Maybe I'll raid through his dA later for another one.

I recently made my mom and sister watch it and we had to go to like five different rental places to find it because NOBODY HAS IT.

Yeah, that's the problem with movies like that. It's ridiculously difficult to find, but at the same time you have to have them. Generally if something doesn't rent it gets transferred to "Previously Viewed" sales. Which is where the movie was when I got the job originally. I didn't ... Realize what that meant at the time, but I restocked it again later and next thing I know we were closing alsdkfjas. I should see if we have it at West Roxbury, I haven't checked.

Yeah. It needed that Trojan removed is what it needed. I'm not sure if the picture disappeared before or after that, though.

I think I do, it's kind of a blur what wound up taken home as things started falling apart in that store, but now I'm not even sure.
